基于LVDS的高速远程实时测控系统的设计

分析了LVDS在远程测控系统应用中的关键技术,介绍了基于LVDS的高速远程传输方式的设计方案。针对设计中的关键性问题,如电磁干扰、阻抗匹配、直流平衡以及信号驱动等问题提出了具体的解决方案,并给出了电路设计中阻抗匹配设计的线宽计算公式。最后结合实验分析了具体设计对于信号质量的影响。

公安消防部队心理咨访关系已初步呈现良好的发展态势,但还存在着咨访关系的＂上下级模式＂倾向、＂医患模式＂倾向、＂你好-再见效应＂倾向、＂多重角色＂倾向等。造成这些问题的原因是思想认识存在偏差、专业人才队伍的匮乏、机构体制方面的问题以及职业特点的影响。     

FMEA与粗糙集相结合的故障预测方法

基于FMEA和粗糙集决策系统基本理论,对飞机中分系统故障预测问题进行了研究。首先定义故障预测所需的征兆并对系统进行FMEA,按照FMEA分析结果分次向系统模型注入引起特定故障的事件,采集含有故障趋势的系统模型的信息用于构建适用于故障预测的粗糙集决策表,对该表进行了处理,最终发现用于故障预测的知识(即决策规则和算法);最后运用所发现的知识进行故障预测。     

A facility reliability problem: Formulation,properties, and algorithm

Having a robustly designed supply chain network is one of the most effective ways to hedge against network disruptions because contingency plans in the event of a disruption are often significantly limited. In this article, we study the facility reliability problem: how to design a reliable supply chain network in the presence of random facility disruptions with the option of hardening selected facilities. We consider a facility location problem incorporating two types of facilities, one that is unreliable and another that is reliable (which is not subject to disruption, but is more expensive). We formulate this as a mixed integer programming model and develop a Lagrangian Relaxation‐based solution algorithm. We derive structural properties of the problem and show that for some values of the disruption probability, the problem reduces to the classical uncapacitated fixed charge location problem. In addition, we show that the proposed solution algorithm is not only capable of solving large‐scale problems, but is also computationally effective. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The multiplicative representation for multiple objectives optimization with an application for arms procurement

Multiple Objectives Optimization is much seen in combination with linear functions and even with linear programming, together with an adding of the objectives by using weights. With distance functions, normalization instead of weights is used. It is also possible that together with an additive direct influence of the objectives on the utility function a mutual utility of the objectives exists under the form of a multiplicative representation. A critical comment is brought on some representations of this kind. A full‐multiplicative form may offer other opportunities, which will be discussed at length in an effort to exclude weights and normalization. 新疆高校新闻专业人才培养现状、问题与对策

作为区域内新闻专业人才培养的主要阵地，新疆高校在新闻专业人才培养上起步较晚。但随着新疆区域内新闻专业人才需求的逐步扩大以及国家政策的扶持，这种状况在上世纪八十年代后得以改观。上世纪九十年代末以来，新疆部分高校相继开办了新闻专业，使新闻专业人才培养阵地迅速扩张。短期内的迅速扩张，随之也带来了诸多问题。客观理性分析产生这些问题的原因并及时寻找解决问题的对策，对提高新疆高校新闻专业人才培养质量，为区域经济发展提供人才支撑有重要意义。     

Resequencing with parallel queues to minimize the maximum number of items in the overflow area

This article treats an elementary optimization problem, where an inbound stream of successive items is to be resequenced with the help of multiple parallel queues in order to restore an intended target sequence. Whenever early items block the one item to be currently released into the target sequence, they are withdrawn from their queue and intermediately stored in an overflow area until their actual release is reached. We aim to minimize the maximum number of items simultaneously stored in the overflow area during the complete resequencing process. We met this problem in industry practice at a large German automobile producer, who has to resequence containers with car seats prior to the assembly process. We formalize the resulting resequencing problem and provide suited exact and heuristic solution algorithms. In our computational study, we also address managerial aspects such as how to properly avoid the negative effects of sequence alterations. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于多栅格的基建营房保障信息耦合研究

合理利用军地资源实施一体化保障是现代战争或非战争军事行动基建营房保障的重要内容，然而，包含大量此类信息的商用网络、行业网络和平时基建营房业务管理网络的信息如何能被有效利用却是一个令人头疼的问题。依托军事信息栅格和地方多个行业信息网络，研究、设计缓冲数据库和数据订制服务软件，安全可靠地将分布在多个信息栅格中的基建营房保障所需信息耦合到军事后勤信息网络中，为快速、科学制定基建营房保障计划和实施战时基建营房一体化保障提供强有力的信息支持。     

《计算机与信息技术基础》课程分类分层次教学模式的研究与实践--以新疆艺术学院为例

在艺术类入校新生计算机应用能力水平偏低但存在差异的背景下，为提高计算机应用能力水平、信息素养和计算思维能力，进行《计算机与信息技术基础》课程分层教学模式研究，通过调查研究、课程建设等，建立教学目标分层，教学内容分层和教学评价分层，改变传统快慢班或讲授不同课程内容的分层方式，对教学内容进行整合，并进行分层递进教学。
